A. Engine Part (PULS) - Parker Ultimate Lubricant System

Principle Involved -: The low molecular weight coating imparts cold rolled steel structure to following properties-: Lubrication, Heat resistance Low friction & pulling effect that helps to cold forging without creating load while forging in cold forging method Originality lies in the process of cold forging process facilitation of cold rolled steel , currently the conventional method require Non-reactive Soap & metal soap (Sodium Oleate & Sodium stearate ) applied over Zinc phosphate salt which is Now replaced by single chemical “Fine lube 788A “(PULS) chemical that is low molecular weight polymer facilitate cold forging and provide better lubrication and load bearing strength to cold rolled steel while cold forging process
