Shot blasting is a surface preparation technique used to clean, etch, or strengthen a material's surface. The process involves propelling small metallic or abrasive particles, known as shots, at high velocity onto the surface. The shots are typically propelled using compressed air or centrifugal force. As the shots impact the surface, they remove contaminants, rust, old coatings, and scale, leaving a clean and roughened surface. Shot blasting can be used on various materials, including metal, concrete, and stone. It is commonly employed in industries such as construction, automotive, and aerospace for surface preparation prior to painting, coating, or bonding operations.
We have 2 Process Machine Units, Imported From SINTO, Japan, and Installed by Parker Engineering, Japan. This is a PLC-Based Semi-Automatic System with HMI Installed System. We use steel Media during the process.
